What about Yakiniku?
It is steak and roasted bite sizes meat Japanese called it Yakiniku.Cooked into ventilated barbecue system.

Gyutan or Beef tongue,roast it for about 3-5 minutes top with minced onion and dip it into salt and  lemon sauce.

"Harami" is a tender meat around the diaphragm,it is marinated into pepper and sweet sauce.roasted for 3-5 mins and dipped it into Tare sauce,the most common sauce,made of Japanese soy sauce,mixed with sake,mirin,sugar,garlic,fruit juice and sesame.
Selected quality beef,with corn you can also grilled the corn the pumpkin and the pepper.
                                                        Marinated vegetables for appetizer.
Karubi Kupa"spicy tender beef stew"(optional,with rice)if you love spicy food you should try this one,if you love spicier you can ask the cook to add more spices on it,eat till you sweat---really spicy---
